When you join this campaign, you help us raise awareness about domestic violence. Fraternity men at universities across North Carolina are leading the way to inform others on campus and in their community about the pervasive harms caused to families by domestic violence. They also raise funds for agencies that provide essential services to victims.
Unfortunately, there are more victims than domestic violence agencies have the resources to help. Agencies provide important support services via crisis lines that are staffed 24-7. Victims who leave abusive homes often have few, if any belongings. They may simply have the clothes on their back and a partial tank of gas. Fraternities4Family seeks donations for these agencies to aid them in providing basic supplies, food and gas to help victims get a fresh start in North Carolina.
Make A Difference And Donate Now
The statistics about domestic and sexual violence are staggering. You can help us confront this widespread problem by giving a donation and by sharing news about Fraternities4Family.
How To Donate
The agencies supported by Fraternities 4 Family need all the help they can get. They are happy to accept household items needed by survivors as they transition from an abusive home to a safe one, as well as financial support to fund the multiple support services they provide to survivors.

Interpersonal violence can happen anywhere, including college campuses. Often, but not always, men are perpetrators. We believe men speaking out about this issue can enact true change. Fraternity men have the power to make a significant difference on their campuses by raising awareness and bravely starting conversations with fellow students about domestic and sexual violence.
The statistics of those harmed by domestic and sexual violence show that we must act. Fraternity men are doing just that when they raise their voices about domestic violence and raise funds to help the agencies that support victims.
Resources To Help You Learn More
Our goal in raising awareness is to encourage conversations about domestic violence not just on college campuses, but in homes across North Carolina. You can play an important role!
There, you will find pages that include recognizing the signs of abuse, how to file a protective order, how to create a safety plan when it comes time to leave, and a map with addresses and phone numbers of every domestic violence agency in the state. We also created a resource section for college students. We have pages on date rape, where to go for help on campus, myths about domestic violence, and how to report a rape on campus among others.
One Step Closer To Ending Domestic Violence
Fraternities4Family is founded upon the idea that men are essential to helping end domestic violence. These men are the leaders of our future, and by taking part in this campaign, they are leading now.
We believe in the power of 1 man who can make a difference. One man in this campaign today can mean one less victim tomorrow.
